The annual Science Fiction and Fantasy Convention, RavenCon, will be held in historic Williamsburg from April 20 to 22.

RavenCon comes to Williamsburg’s Doubletree hotel on April 20 and will provide attendees with over 300 hours of programming over the course of the three-day event.

Founded in 2006, RavenCon features more than 100 writers, musicians, filmmakers, costume makers, scientists, and gamers who will be holding panels, discussions, readings and signing autographs for fans. This convention also features a 24-hour gaming room and activities which include role-playing, miniature games, and board and card games, as well as musical guests and workshops.

Other attractions include a cosplay competition, the RavenConnie competition for the best party room, Settlers of Catan national tournament qualifications, and the displayed work of illustrators, photographers, craftsmen, and sculptors for purchase at RavenCon’s famous Art Show.
